We locate and nurture senior creative talent—because we know the day will come when these same people will help transform your business.
We are experts in identifying senior global talent. We rely on immersive listening and a deep understanding of the constantly evolving global marketplace to make intuitive recommendations to build winning teams for the long term.
Creative work is always collaborative. So while we are filling an immediate need, we are always looking at the long term. We develop customized programs for you to evaluate the competitive landscape, identify key executives and introduce preeminent talent for future leadership needs.
We are the change agents for people whose career is dedicated to making quantum leaps in an organization’s performance. That’s how we partner with you—by knowing who will fit where and by keeping your business up-to-the-moment on emerging techniques, competition and talented leaders.
Our way is your way, celebrating and embracing your unique needs. With the launch of Cooper+Logan in 2008, we created an executive search methodology that balances best practices and broad-visioning. We are right-sized to be nimble and innovate on demand. Curiosity leads us to a “what-if” mentality and a not-entirely-linear way of considering challenges.
