Our Way

Our way is your way, celebrating and embracing your unique needs. With the launch of COOPER+LOGAN in 2008, we created an executive search methodology that balances best practices and broad-visioning. Since being acquired by DHR International in 2017, we have enhanced our original objectives now with the best of both worlds – the ability to be nimble and innovative on demand, while having access to a global network. Curiosity leads us to a “what-if” mentality and a not-entirely-linear way of considering challenges.

Susan Cooper and Tricia Logan

Susan Cooper

Susan Cooper joined DHR International in 2017 as Managing Partner with more than 25 years of recruiting experience with a focus on “brand centric” retail clients.

Susan conceptualized and, for 18 years, led the in-house recruitment office for Gap, Inc., which became a benchmark in the retail industry. She developed a unique expertise identifying and recruiting creative talent across various disciplines and with global scope. In her role, she was instrumental in helping to shape and define creative leadership teams throughout the company for multiple businesses and brands. Beyond managing the executive search team, Susan championed an executive training program to identify emerging talent and served as counsel to numerous senior executives.

Susan began her career in the Macy’s Executive Training Program and spent several years in merchandising and buying before moving into recruitment. She joined Business Careers, an executive search firm and later worked for Federated Department Stores as a recruiter in merchandising. She is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Tricia Logan

With more than 20 years of experience recruiting senior level executives for the fashion industry, Tricia Logan joined DHR International as Managing Partner in 2017. She specializes in the development of strong relationships resulting in long-term collaborations with her clients.

As the founder of The Logan Group, she successfully developed and managed an executive search firm focused on identifying and recruiting creative talent for global iconic brands as well as emerging businesses.

Prior to The Logan Group, Tricia was a Vice President for Levy Kerson where she expanded the fashion practice and co-launched the e-commerce division. She developed her search expertise on the client side of the industry as the Director of Executive Search for Coach and Gap, Inc. Tricia joined the Macy’s Executive Training Program out of college and became a Buyer of Accessories for Macy’s New York before moving into marketing with American Express. She is a graduate of Boston College.
